A little about us

In the summer of 2023, two brothers decided to change the future of contract management. Dylan Kab had spent his entire career helping companies tackle the challenges of managing contracts, while Jordan Kab began developing software at the age of 11. Together, they founded Limelight Intelligence, a concept that was over a decade in the making, with a simple mission: to turn every contract on Earth into useable data.

Dylan's journey revealed a consistent pattern—every company faced the same universal struggles: contracts scattered across different systems, important details hidden in dense legal text, and a lack of efficient access to critical contract information. Contract data, despite its immense value, was seldom used, rarely accessible, and almost never integrated into broader business processes. Dylan and Jordan knew there had to be a better way.

We've set out to make contracts a strategic asset, not a burden. Contracts hold some of the most vital information for any company, yet they're often overlooked. Limelight changes that by making contract data accessible, useful, and integrated into everyday business decisions.
